Yay! Group coaching for new and experienced VAs!!
I’ve been coaching individuals and groups since 1996. And
until recently, I’ve focused the vast majority of my attention
on the Virtual Assistants at AssistU.
Until a brilliant coach opened my eyes about all I have to offer
in a new way, I’d never really thought about doing group coaching
on a more global basis. We all have blind spots.
And so I’m bringing my coaching to all VAs-- at both new and
more experienced levels, whatever their backgrounds and current
states of practice. I’m brilliant at helping people create
and sustain businesses that serve them, rather than make them struggle,
and I want to help as many Virtual Assistants as I can to be as
successful as they want to be. My coaching groups give me a way
to do that.
Some of the challenges you might face in your VA practice, or that
might get in the way of creating the business you want, are:
- Interviewing/consulting
smartly
- Making sure you get
connected with ideal clients right away – and defining what
an ideal client is to begin with
- Making sure you understand
what you as a business owner should be doing vs. what you as a
technician should be doing
- Setting your fees
appropriately and making sure they’re appropriate
- Understanding what
your service offerings are and managing your service gaps (the
gap between what you do and all those other things your clients
need)
- Standards (if you
don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything)
- How to only get ideal
clients into your practice rather than focusing on getting work
- How to foster strong
relationships with those clients so that you don’t have to
be looking for business at every turn
- How to focus on your
own business instead of splitting your attention and looking at
what every other VA is doing
- Getting drama out
of your life so that everything becomes easier
- Understanding, and
dealing with, the fact that your business affects your life and
your life affects your business
- How creating these
strong standards in your business impacts every aspect of your
life
- Being profitable (are
you sure you are?)
You may see yourself in some of these, or face completely different
challenges. How can I help you?
Join one of my groups and let’s find out.
About my groups
There are two groups. One is for experienced VAs, and the other
for new VAs. I trust you to know which group you belong in—and
if you find you choose the wrong one, or progress from “new”
to “experienced, I’ll happily help you move to the other.
If you genuinely aren’t sure where you belong, I’m happy
to talk with you and help you figure it out!
All of my group members receive the same things:
- One 90-minute coaching call/month
- Access to me during a 2-hour office hours
chat
- Additional teaching calls on various topics
periodically
- Mp3 download of all calls
- Special teaching sessions offered on occasion
- A discounted rate on my on-the-spot coaching
sessions
All that for $89 a month. Truly--group coaching just about
any VA can afford (and if you can't, contact me, and I'll show you
that you can!)
Times of the calls and office hours:
- New VAs coaching call: 1st Monday of each
month at noon (12n-130p, Eastern time)
- New VAs office hours: 3rd Monday of each
month at 11a (11a-1p, Eastern Time)
- Experienced VAs coaching call: 1st Monday
of each month at 2p (2p-330p, Eastern time)
- Experienced VAs office hours: 3rd Monday
of each month at 2p (2p-4p, Eastern Time)
As a practical matter, here's how the group thing works:
Each coaching call is packed with, well... coaching. To prep for
it, if a coaching group member has something she needs coaching
about (either something challenging her, or something exciting she
wants to make sure she makes the most of), she sends me an email
the Friday before our call, letting me know what's going on. I put
her on the list to be coached. Then, on our Monday call, I coach
those people who sent in email, in a first-come, first-served way.
Those who don't get the chance to be coached will get their coaching
issues addressed by me via email. Those who don't need any specific
coaching can listen and grow from the experiences of others. After
the call, everyone gets the MP3 so they can listen back to the call
and the coaching whenever they need or want to.
Then, two weeks later, everyone is welcome to join in on my open
office hours. I do this via live chat so that, again, people can
benefit from the questions and issues posed by others. This time,
there's no need to send anything in advance. Just come, and I'll
answer questions and coach until our time runs out!
Members of my coaching groups also have access to one-on-one, on-the-spot
coaching from me at discounted rates. If there's something you need
more support with, this is an easy way for you to get it.
And while you might decide to stay in a group forever, if you decide
you're ready to move on, you just need to let me know and your recurring
charge will stop. How's that for easy, huh?
Ready to get started? Pick a group, and let’s get started
shifting you and your practice from where you are to where you truly
want to be.

will give you a bit of an idea of my quintessential views of Virtual
Assistance), look below to see what my clients say about me, email
me (anastacia at virtual moxie.com) and ask questions, or spend some
time connecting with me via Facebook or Twitter. Then, when you’re
ready, come back here, and join me. I’m ready to welcome you
whenever you’re ready.
What my clients say:
As COO of AssistU, I've been telling Virtual
Assistants for years that if they wanted to make their VA practices
more successful, there was only one person to coach with, Anastacia
Brice. Who else is qualified? She formalized this industry, founding
the first, and still now over eleven years, the most comprehensive
and foundational, Virtual Assistance training program. She talks
with VAs and their clients every day, and she has a deeper understanding
of the industry than anyone I've ever met. So when it came time for me to revive my Virtual Assistance practice,
what was the first thing I did after making that decision? Within
seconds, I called Anastacia and asked her to coach me. There was never
any doubt or second thoughts. If I want a successful practice, there
is only one person to help me with that. Anastacia Brice. -- Dawn
Goldberg, CMVA
Six years ago, as a fresh-faced graduate of
AssistU, I took a very bold and somewhat scary step. I engaged Anastacia
to be my coach. In retrospect, that was one of the best decisions
I've ever made--not only for my business, but for my LIFE! As a result of Anastacia's coaching, I've created a full VA practice
that continues to evolve. My clients get more ideal and the financial
return continually improves. Life is good! Anastacia consistently comes from her core of love, truth, and respect
as she supports me to live MY truth. I feel deeply blessed and honored
to have her in my life. Thank you, Anastacia! -- Judy
Segawa
Anastacia Brice is amazing. Coaching with her has had
an incredible effect on me personally and professionally. Anastacia
doesn’t let me brush over important things. She asks me to
look deeper than what is on the surface. While coaching with Anastacia,
I’ve learned a lot about myself and continue to discover what
it is I truly want for my practice and for my life. She’s helped
me to set high standards, and then to think higher. Coaching with Anastacia has been a life changing experience for me.
Taking what I learned in the AssistU Virtual Training Program and
building my practice has been made easier by having Anastacia by my
side. She has helped me to maintain my standards and to set higher
standards for my practice. I love to bounce ideas off her to see
if I’m on the right path. The more she knows me, the more she’s
able to encourage, reaffirm, and push me to be more. I’ve had many ‘aha’ moments in my coaching with Anastacia.
She has pointed out things that I think are ordinary and shown me
how they’re extraordinary, which in turn causes me to think
bigger and to think more. She has helped me reach a place in my
practice where I’m happy, growing, and encountering new experiences. Anastacia is professional. She listens when I just need to talk,
and she’s pushy when I need to be pushed. I know that my practice
wouldn’t be as solid as it is without her coaching. -- Laura
Jo Richins, CPVA
Anastacia Brice is a vital component to my business
team, and I wouldn’t trade her for the world! I affectionately
refer to Anastacia as my “mean coach,” and have even blogged
about her on The Virtual Wire. Anastacia isn’t mean--as in malicious
or hateful, but mean--as in tough love. I am convinced that Anastacia
deeply cares for me and wants the absolute best for me; so, there
are times (more often than not) when she’ll strongly encourage
me to stretch. Without her coaching, guidance, support, and tough love, my business
would not be as successful as it is. I currently run a successful
Virtual Assistant business primarily supporting volunteer boards
of directors, and that’s not an easy niche to work with. Having
done Anastacia's “What’s Next” retreat, she’s
also supported me in starting another business that I’m excited
and passionate about called Nonprofit Connectors. Nonprofit Connectors
is a consulting company designed to assist individuals with the
setup processes for their new nonprofits. It fits, side-by-side,
with my VA practice, and I’m able to do more of what I love.
What’s funny about this is that when I went to the retreat,
all I had in mind was an e-book with resources for nonprofits. Anastacia
encouraged me to think bigger, and I ended up with a whole new viable
business! See how mean she is? :) -- Antonette
Artiz, CMVA
Anastacia Brice is wise beyond belief. She is
intuitive, gentle, yet firm and full of moxie. Anastacia guides me towards
finding solutions that suits me, but also encourages me to choose
the solutions that are worthy of me. And you know what if I fall,
and I do fall sometimes, Anastacia is non-judgmental, and gives me
the support I need to get back up again. I trust Anastacia totally with my fears, she feels like one of those
really great friends that always helps me to keep on track. Actually
I have one very good friend like and that, and I have Anastacia. To
be honest if I could have a nugget of Anastacia's wisdom guiding
my day every day I would (wait--I do, and so can you if you coach
with her!)! Anastacia Brice is a fantastic coach, and I intend to continue
to have her in my corner, for a long time to come. -- Petra
Boucher, CPVA
I highly recommend working with a business
coach. I've been working with Anastacia as my coach for a year and a
half and have accomplished amazing things with her including the
following: * Broke six figures in my 2nd year of business (I started working
with her right after my first year anniversary) * Organized my infrastructure to create a solid foundation for continued
growth * Developed a streamlined new client interview/intake process, which
now takes me less than 1/2 the time it used to * Figured out what to delegate to my own VA and where to focus my
attention as the business owner * Developed new revenue streams * Engaged several fun, profitable joint ventures * Launched a 2nd business * And lots more! I continue to grow and thrive because I have a safe place to bounce
around ideas, brainstorm, share my trials, get solid business advice
and be cheered on by someone who REALLY understands my business.
The investment I've made (and continue to make) has been WELL worth
every penny and then some. I absolutely would NOT be where're I'm
at today without having worked with Anastacia. As an industry we seem to resist investing in ourselves and in our
businesses. But, we each have the potential to create the EXACT
success we want, earn WHATEVER dollar amount we want and work with
ONLY the ideal clients of our choosing. Unfortunately, many of us
sell ourselves short because we "think small" and don't give our
businesses the attention and resources (yes, that means money!)
they need to grow and thrive. In my experience, my growth and potential
has only been limited by my imagination. And working with Anastacia
every month helps me to keep thinking bigger and looking for new
opportunities. I highly recommend that ALL Virtual Assistants work with her.you
are guaranteed to take your business to the next level! -- Sydni

To say that coaching with Anastacia has changed
my life is no exaggeration. I was struggling, trying to figure out
how to rev up my VA practice after an incredibly stressful and constricting
period in my life. I *knew* that I could be successful, and I needed
help putting the pieces together. Anastacia helped me do that and much
more. She not only helped me define the issues, she helped me identify
and overcome the fears holding me back. Through working with Anastacia,
I have regained my confidence, my self-respect, and my ability to
dream bigger and expect more of life. My VA practice is now thriving,
my personal relationships are fulfilling and vibrant, and I am more
in love with life than I have ever been. Real change begins with
faith. Have faith enough to invest in yourself; from there you'll
find that magic happens. -- Sandra
